The Basics:  white, whole wheat or rye 1# loafs. Don't worry, we'll slice it for you if you like.  Rib sticking, hearty, healthy basic bread.  Take home a couple loaves!  It won't last long. 

Old World Crusty Breads:  you never knew French style or Italian breads could be so good.  These hearty favorites are great for sub sandwiches, Italian main dishes or combined with our wonderful soup.....a meal in itself. 

Dinner rolls and Hard Rolls: we offer a full range of delightful dinner rolls both white and rye as well as basic Kaiser ,Semel rolls or real Sheboygan Hard Rolls.  Try a deli sandwich on one of these! You're in heaven now!

Flavored Breads/Rolls:  these are offered as the mood strikes us!  Sometimes its cheesy onion bread, tomorrow might be Black Olive/Assiago Cheese and the day after just might be Garlic/Herb.  Stop by and see if your nose can detect today's mood!     

Sculpted Artisan Breads:  Unique to our area......and only a true master can produce these!   What shape do you want....animals? cars? centerpieces?  We make them all.  Ask for Pete.  By advance order only.
